OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
The company LUCASIAN LABS S.A.S. dedicated to software development with nationwide operation, in search of quality of life, preservation of physical and mental integrity of direct and indirect workers, risk control, environmental protection, assumes as a social commitment the protection and promotion of Occupational Safety and Health:
- Identify, evaluate and implement controls for the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases generated by the development of the economic activity.
- Comply with the legal requirements regarding Occupational Health and Safety as a support for a preventive culture of self-care, absenteeism control and emergency preparedness.
- To develop actions in search of continuous improvement.
Senior management is committed to allocate human, physical and financial resources to achieve the objectives.
POLICY FOR THE PREVENTION OF TOBACCO, ALCOHOL AND DRUG CONSUMPTION
LUCASIAN LABS S.A.S seeking the total welfare of all its employees, as well as strict compliance with Colombian laws on safety and health at work and in accordance with its operations, determines that: Consumption of Alcohol and/or psychoactive substances is not accepted in the workplace. At the same time, it determines that none of its employees may start or develop work under the state of drunkenness or under the effects of hallucinogenic substances or sleeping pills.
This policy is mandatory for all employees, contractors and temporary employees who are linked to LUCASIAN LABS.
