The control and treatment of the Personal Data of the Users of the Appraiser are the exclusive responsibility of the Administrators of the Appraiser, who delegate the processing of such data to Lucasian Labs. Lucasian Labs is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all Users using the Appraiser. Lucasian Labs does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise make available the personal information of Users or the Company or Organization to which they belong.
Information Gathered
The Appraiser collects different types of information from Users in order to provide retrieval and storage of the progress and or exercise performed therein.
Personal Information: The minimum data required for the creation of an Appraisal are Name, Last Name, Phone and Email.
Content and usage dataThe data originating from the use ofl Appraisersuch as epics y use cases, can be used by used by Lucasian Labs to provide usage statistics to the Platform Administrators.
Access, modification, inactivation and deletion of Personal Data
In all cases of modification, inactivation and deletion of Personal Data, The Appraiser will retain for up to 90 days such data in backup copies.
Cookies and Session Storage

Communications
The user agrees to receive e-mail messages sent from the appraiser containing the result of the appraisal of the project that the user has executed.
Limits
Although the privacy of users is a priority, El Tasador cannot withhold information when such action would violate the law. Appraiser reserves the right to release personal information about users when required by law, legal process or court order.
Consent
The users of the Appraiser give their consent, accepting the terms and conditions of the same, regarding the collection and storage of personal information, including email address, in our database and the use of the same in the form of information that allow us to interpret the projects that are executed in the market and business opportunities.

The same offers all its users the possibility of exercising their rights of consultation and complaint about their data through a request addressed directly to the Contracting Company, in its capacity as responsible for this personal data.
